Students will receive four additional projects, such as pneumonia detection, distracted driver detection, disaster relief, and searching for exoplanets, within the Inspirit AI Continuous Learning Portal. These projects consist of objectives, background articles, coding notebooks, detailed solutions, and datasets. These AI projects will allow students to build a robust portfolio that demonstrates their skills to set them apart in the college admissions process.

Get practical takeaways from an AI Careers workshop, designed with the intention of helping you navigate your next internship, research, and professional applications.

Udgam Goyal is a Product Lead for the Machine Learning team at Aurora, which is the market leader in building self-driving trucks, where he leads performance improvements in machine learning models for perception, motion planning, and mapping. Prior to Aurora, Udgam has spent time advising Fortune 500 tech companies at the Boston Consulting Group, leading product teams on the AI platform team at Microsoft, and building socially impactful products at Meta. Udgam has a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Computer Science with a focus in Artificial Intelligence, where he conducted research at MIT CSAIL and the MIT Media Lab.

Continuous AI Learning Journey

After students complete the AI Scholars program, they can also continue their AI learning journey through a variety of additional program offerings for returning students. We offer a 1:1 AI + X Individual Research Mentorship Program, which equips students with graduate-level AI programming and research skills and guides them to build publishable AI research projects.
