Inspirit AI, Inc. ("us", "we", or "our") operates the www.inspiritai.com website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data. We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, accessible from www.inspiritai.com.
INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.
PERSONAL DATA
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to: Student’s Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Student’s Grade, Student’s High School, Student’s Self-Rated CS skills and experiences, Guardian’s Email Address, Guardian’s Phone Number, Why the student is interested in our program, How they heard about us. The foregoing list may be updated from time to time as we adjust what information we need to acquire in order to provide a full and complete service to you. By providing your phone number and email, address, you agree to receive telemarketing calls, texts and emails from automated or manual systems from Inspirit AI. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase and there is no obligation to provide us with your phone number. You may reply by requesting to be contacted by email only. Further, you may request to stop future emails by emailing admin@inspiritai.com.
VIDEO
We use video conferencing services in order to support our Services. As part of this function, we collect any information that you share through these videos, as well as information about your usage of the Services (such as the day/time and length of your sessions).
Unless either party opts-out, we record all video sessions for internal training, class monitoring, performance evaluation and quality control. These recorded sessions won't be shared with anybody including Students and Teachers. If a Student or Teacher requires access to any recorded session, it has to be formally agreed upon by the Student and the Teacher in writing. Teachers and Students may opt-out with a formal request at any time. We also use information from these recordings and about these recordings (in a non-identifiable manner) for our own research and development purposes. Occasionally, small clips of the recordings and photographs may be used on our website and promotional materials. Students or teachers may also opt out of such use by emailing us on admin@inspiritai.com. You may also request for deletion of any used video or photo at any time.
E.U. RESIDENTS AND THE GDPR
We do not intend to provide services to E.U. Residents and its territories. E.U. residents who access our site and services are asked to abide by U.S. law or immediately exit the website and cease and desist all interaction with our services. Notwithstanding the foregoing residents of the European Union may contact us and request a copy of their information. You may request deletion of such information. We do not collect information that requires an E.U. point of contact or a Data Point of Contact. You may contact us at admin@inspiritai.com.
USAGE DATA
We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
USE OF DATA
Inspirit AI, Inc. uses the collected data for various purposes: To provide and maintain the Service, To notify you about changes to our Service, To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so, To provide customer care and support, To provide analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the Service, To monitor the usage of the Service, To detect, prevent and address technical issues.
TRANSFER OF DATA
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred or maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to United States and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer. Inspirit AI, Inc. will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.
SECURITY OF DATA
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose and to delete the data from all their records at the end of the service.
ANALYTICS
We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service. Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity. Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Site is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Site. Our intentions align with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We wish to limit information received about children under 18 while having the ability to run a successful program to enhance their knowledge.
HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN
If a child signs up for our service, we collect their name, date of birth, email address, and optional information about their machine learning knowledge. We also ask for a parent name, email address, and phone number. We email the parent and child when a child (or parent on behalf of a child) has successfully applied.
HOW INFORMATION IS SHARED
We do not share information submitted to us with anyone other than ourselves, Inspirit AI. The information is only used for us to contact the child and parent about bootcamp logistics. If you would like for us to delete your child's information from our records after a given program, you can email us or contact us to do so.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
California Residents’ Rights
California law grants California residents certain rights and imposes restrictions on particular business practices as set forth below.
Right to Opt-out. California residents have the right to opt-out of any sale of their personal information. Since we do not sell your information this is not applicable at this time.
Right to Opt-In. We do not sell personal information at this time.
Notice at Collection: We are required to notify California residents, at or before the point of collection of their personal information, the categories of personal information collected and the purposes for which such information is used. Our privacy policy provides such information before collection.

Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against residents who exercise their rights under CCPA. Discrimination may exist where a business denies or provides a different level or quality of goods or services, or charges (or suggests that it will charge) different prices or rates or impose penalties on residents who exercise their CCPA rights, unless doing so is reasonably related to the value provided to the business by the residents’ data.
Rights to Disclosure of Financial Incentives: You have the right to opt-in to any financial incentives offers and be notified of their material terms, and the right to be able to opt-out of such offers at any time.
